Appointment Booking Policy
APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY Please note we require a minimum of 24hr /48 hrs notice should you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to fill the space and avoid wasting valuable surgery time. A deposit will be requested to secure all appointment bookings, this can be refunded when you attend your appointment or used to fund your treatment.
Upfront payments are as follows:Examinations - £25 (deposit) Emergency appointments - £55 (then treatment as needed on top) Hygiene appointments - £60 (full payment)Treatments - £50 (deposit) We ask for at least 24 hrs notice to cancel short routine examinations and 48 hours notice for hygiene and treatments. Cancellations after this time lose the payment made.
